2. Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?
Yes, you can change your shipping address before your order is processed. Please contact us via email to request a change. We will update you as soon as possible.
3. How long does it take to ship?
Our estimated shipping time is 8 – 18 business days from the time your order is shipped. We will notify you via email if there are any unexpected delays.
4. How much does shipping cost?
We charge a standard shipping fee of $6.99 for all orders within the United States. This cost will be clearly displayed at checkout.
5. Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, the order will be processed and cannot be canceled. Please contact us via email or hotline to request a cancellation.
6. What are the return conditions?
Products can be returned within 30 days of receiving the product, provided that the product is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all tags attached. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase for ease of processing.
7. When and how can I request a refund?
Once the returned product has been inspected and meets the return conditions, we will process the refund within 30 business days. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
