The order cut-off time is 06:00 PM (PST).

We will process your order within 1-3 business days from the time you place your order. In case of any delay, we will notify you immediately via email or phone.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. We are committed to updating accurate information so that you always know the status of your order.

2. Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time is 7 – 15 business days from the time the order is shipped. We ship Monday to Saturday (excluding national holidays) via UPS to ensure safety and reliability.

We only ship within the United States. In some unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather or logistical issues, there may be minor delays. We are committed to making every effort to get your order to its destination as quickly as possible.

Note: Upon receipt, you will be required to sign for the package to ensure safety and prevent loss.

3. Track Your Order

You will receive a confirmation email or text message with a tracking number and a link to track your package. To track your order, please visit the order tracking page or check your delivery confirmation email.

4. Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is $6.99 for all orders nationwide (United States). This fee will be clearly displayed at checkout and there are no hidden fees.

5. Change Your Shipping Address

If you need to change your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us before your order is processed. We will update the new address as soon as possible. You can request a change via email and will receive a confirmation from us.

6. Incorrect Address

Make sure to provide the correct shipping address to avoid losing the package. If you enter the wrong address, please contact us immediately so we can correct it in time.

7. Lost or Damaged Package

In case the package is lost or damaged during transportation, please contact us via email. We are committed to doing everything we can to support and protect your rights with the cooperation of UPS.
